All gemstones purchased from Gem Stone are cleansed. However, over time, they will pick up negative energies or vibrations and will need to be cleansed again and re-energised. You may also wish to programme your gemstones with specific healing intentions, once they have been cleansed.

HOW DO I PROGRAM MY CRYSTALS?

You do not need to programme the gemstones to gain benefit from their healing properties. If you chose to,

you just need to focus on the stones energy and push that thought onto something specific.

Heres how:

Think carefully about what you would like from the stone and carefully consider your intention.

Choose a stone that echo's your intended desire.

I.E; choose a energising stone to promote action or a calming stone for letting go of stress. Each stone we put into our jewellery is listed on our site so you can see what powers your jewellery holds.

Cleanse the stone you wish you focus on with whichever method you prefer. We also suggest that you clear the stone of any previous programming while you cleanse it.

Find a quiet place to sit. Simply hold your crystal and clear your mind of thoughts other than those of what you aim to achieve from the stone. Begin to focus on your desire. Say your wish out loud, or you could visualise the words in your head, whatever you feel more comfortable doing.

You will need to repeat  your wish several times until you are able to feel the vibrations which have been absorbed completely into your stone. Your instinctual  nature will feel that the process is complete.
