SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Each item is carefully wrapped and you can choose from a choice of pretty boxes and choice of coloured tissued paper and it will be sent in air pillow padded packet.

  • We aim to send all orders within a 48 (working hours) target time, quality checked and personally packed using recorded/signed Royal Mail delivery, with tracking details.

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for buying your handcrafted item from us.

  • If your handmade item is faulty or not to your liking, we offer a 14 day returns policy. 

  • We would ask that you firstly contact us via email with the reason for the return and attach photos if the item has arrived damaged

  •  Then simply pop the item back into the packaging we sent it in and use the returns address we include inside the parcel

  • Please ensure the item is carefully wrapped and sent back to us by recorded delivery for your reassurance that we have received it back

  • We will issue your refund as soon as quality control have checked the item for any defect.

  • Please note, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations
